Headwear branding
Tags built for hats
Whether you are selling chunky knit beanies or structured baseball caps, the swing tag is a crucial part of the retail presentation. Hat tags need to be small enough not to interfere with the fit when tried on, but sturdy enough to present barcodes and pricing clearly.
We supply hat tags to independent streetwear labels and established headwear manufacturers, providing everything from rustic kraft cards to ultra-thick, foil-stamped luxury tags.
Where hat tags work

Hat tag options
Hat tag specifications
Configure the tag to match your headwear.
- Size and shape
- Long, slim rectangles (e.g. 40x90mm) work very well when hanging from a cap adjuster.
- Card and weight
- We recommend at least 350gsm so the tag does not bend when the hat is handled.
Card and finish
Finishing hat tags
Choose finishes that match the hat material.
- Attachment: Use our elastic loops to easily attach tags over the button on top of caps, or safety pins for beanies.
