Description

Extended information

Room to tell your story

Folded tags (also known as booklet tags) allow you to keep the front cover clean and visually striking, while hiding barcodes, pricing, and dense text on the inside or back.

All our folded tags are professionally scored and creased before packing, ensuring a clean fold without the card cracking or splitting.

Where folded tags work

Folded tag uses

01

Garment care

Provide detailed washing and care instructions across multiple languages.

02

Brand storytelling

Use the inside spread to tell the story of how the product was made or your brand's heritage.

Fold options

Folded tag specifications

Specify how your tag opens when requesting a quote.

Size and fold
Choose portrait (long edge fold) or landscape (short edge fold). Specify the flat (unfolded) size.
Card and weight
We recommend weights between 250gsm and 350gsm for folded tags to ensure they stay closed naturally.

Card and finish

Finishing folded tags

Consider how the finish applies across the fold.

  • Finishing: Lamination adds durability to the fold and prevents edge chipping.

Artwork preparation

Preparing artwork for folded tags

Set your artwork up as a flat spread. We provide templates showing the fold line. Ensure you design the "inside left" and "inside right" correctly orientated relative to the cover.

Do not place important text across the central fold line.
