Custom Swing Tags designs and prints custom swing tags on our own equipment in Manchester. Customers configure and price their tags online, or send a brief for a written quote, and every artwork file is checked before it is printed.

How Your Order Is Made
- You order or ask for a quote. Configure and price your tags online, or send a brief through the Custom Tag Builder for a written quote.
- We pre-flight your artwork. Every file is checked against the size, card and finish you chose, using the checklist below. If anything needs changing, we tell you before anything is printed.
- Proof and payment. Once the file is print-ready we confirm the proof with you and send a secure payment link or UK bank transfer details for the total you agreed.
- We print. Your tags are printed on our own equipment in Manchester.
- We finish. Tags are cut to shape, and holes, eyelets and strings are added as ordered.
- We dispatch. Standard online orders are delivered free to one UK address. Orders arrive 2–6 working days after artwork approval.

Our Artwork Pre-Flight Checks
Before any tag is printed, the studio checks every artwork file for:
- The file is a supported format (PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG or ZIP) and opens cleanly.
- The artwork matches the finished size, shape and orientation you ordered.
- A 3mm bleed runs past every cut edge.
- Text, logos and barcodes sit at least 3mm inside the cut line.
- Colours are set up in CMYK, or as the Pantone colour you specified.
- Photos and textures are at least 300 DPI at full size.
- Fonts are converted to outlines or fully embedded.
- The hole area is clear of artwork: a 3mm hole, or 5mm where a metal eyelet is fitted.
- Fold, perforation and custom cutting lines are on their own layer.
- Foil, Spot UV and embossing areas are on separate layers.
- Barcodes and QR codes have enough size, contrast and clear space to scan.
- Obvious spelling or detail problems in prices, sizes and contact details are flagged to you.
