1. General
These terms apply to all orders placed with Custom Swing Tags. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our business address is Office #5y, First Floor, Unit 2, Little Giant Mall, 30-32 Knowsley Street, Manchester, M8 8HQ.
2. Artwork & Proofing
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all artwork is correct before approving for print. We are not liable for spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or low-resolution images provided by the client.
3. Production & Delivery
Turnaround times are estimates. Custom print jobs involve mechanical processes that can occasionally be delayed. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because all our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept a return or provide a refund for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If a product is defective or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the order reference and photographs of the issue. Please wait for our team to review the problem and provide remedy or return instructions before sending goods back.

Decision context
Define the custom product before approval
A custom print order should be described by quantity, finished size, material, printed sides, colour method, finish, hole or fold position, attachment, artwork version and delivery destination. Verbal descriptions and visual references are useful context, but the approved written specification and proof identify what is entering production.
Proof approval should include spelling, prices, codes, dimensions, orientation and every artwork version. A screen proof confirms content and setup but does not reproduce every physical property of paper, foil, lamination or relief. Material samples and production references should be used when tactile or exact surface expectations are important.
If an issue is found, retain the packaging and affected items, record the order reference and describe the quantity and nature of the problem. Clear photographs can help show position, scale or consistency. Prompt reporting allows the supplied item to be compared with the approved proof and specification.
