- Free reprint or refund if faulty. Report faulty, damaged or incorrect tags within 30 days of delivery and we reprint them or refund you in full, with free return postage if a return is needed. Because every order is printed to your specification, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Custom Shaped Tags prices by quantity
Custom Shaped Tags at 50 × 75mm on coated one side 350gsm card, printed full colour on one side, all-inclusive with free UK delivery. Other sizes, cards and finishes are repriced in the order panel; quantities in between pay the rate of the quantity below, and runs above 10,000 tags are quoted.

Shape-led tags
Bespoke shapes for maximum impact
Custom shaped swing tags cover every tag that is not a plain rectangle. The Custom Tag Builder has preset shapes, including round, oval, heart, hexagon, star, leaf, bone, paw, tree and luggage outlines, and a Custom Tag option for an outline you supply, such as your logo.
A shape is cut with a cutting forme made to the outline, so the artwork needs bleed that follows the edge and type kept clear of tight curves. Start from the template for a preset shape, or upload a sketch, image or PDF of your own outline with the specification.

Custom Shaped Tags start at 50 × 75mm on coated one side card. Each numbered part of the diagram is a choice you can change in the order panel.

- Bleed3mm of artwork past every trim edge, so colour runs cleanly to the cut.

Artwork preparation
Preparing artwork for die-cutting
When setting up artwork for a custom shape, you must provide a clear vector cut path (dieline) on a separate layer named "Cut". Ensure your artwork bleed extends at least 3mm beyond this cut path.
Avoid placing important text too close to tight inner curves or corners where the blade needs to pivot.

Is there an extra cost for custom shapes?
A new outline needs its own cutting forme, and that setup is included in the quote for the first order. The forme is a physical tool, so ask how a repeat of the same shape is priced when you reorder.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum: one custom shaped tags tag in its default specification costs £0.59. Quantity prices then run from 100 tags at £68.00 to 5,000 tags at £595.00, all-inclusive with free delivery to one UK address. Size, card, finish and attachment changes are priced instantly in the order panel, and runs above 10,000 tags are quoted through the Custom Tag Builder.
