Artwork preparation
Preparing artwork for die-cutting
When setting up artwork for a custom shape, you must provide a clear vector cut path (dieline) on a separate layer named "Cut". Ensure your artwork bleed extends at least 3mm beyond this cut path.
Avoid placing important text too close to tight inner curves or corners where the blade needs to pivot.

Shaped tag FAQs
Is there an extra cost for custom shapes?
Yes, custom shapes require a bespoke cutting die to be made. This is a one-off setup cost; future reprints using the exact same shape will not incur this charge.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Include the quantity you need in the quote form. We will confirm whether that quantity is practical for the selected format, material and finish.
Can I see a physical sample before ordering?
Yes, we offer sample packs showing our range of materials and finishes so you can feel the quality before committing.
What format should I supply my artwork in?
We prefer print-ready PDFs with fonts outlined and a 3mm bleed. We also accept high-resolution EPS or AI files.
