Preparing artwork for die-cutting
When setting up artwork for a custom shape, you must provide a clear vector cut path (dieline) on a separate layer named "Cut". Ensure your artwork bleed extends at least 3mm beyond this cut path.
Avoid placing important text too close to tight inner curves or corners where the blade needs to pivot.

Is there an extra cost for custom shapes?
Yes, custom shapes require a bespoke cutting die to be made. This is a one-off setup cost; future reprints using the exact same shape will not incur this charge.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard online order starts at 100 custom shaped tags and the product page shows fixed prices for each available quantity. Use the quote form when a different quantity or bespoke configuration is required.
Can I see a physical sample before ordering?
