What this tool does—and what happens next

The designer helps you decide what the swing tag should communicate and how it should feel. It records the format, finished size, material direction, print sides, surface finish, attachment and quantity in one structured brief.

Before production, artwork still needs a technical review. Important content must sit within the safe area, images should normally be supplied at suitable resolution, print colour should be prepared correctly, and any foil, embossing, Spot UV, perforation or custom die line requires its own production layer.

Questions about creating a swing tag

Do I need design experience to use the swing tag designer?

No. Start with a ready-made use-case preset, then change the wording, shape, colours, material and attachment using labelled controls. The live preview updates as you work.

Can I upload my company logo?

Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG logo. A transparent PNG or clean SVG usually gives the clearest preview. You can adjust the logo size, horizontal position and rotation.

Is the exported file ready to print?

The downloaded SVG and PNG communicate the visual direction, but they are not automatically press-ready. Final artwork must use the confirmed dieline, bleed, colour mode, safe areas and finishing setup supplied during artwork review.

Can the tool design a custom-shaped or folded swing tag?

Yes. Choose custom die-cut, folded, layered, perforated, booklet or bottle-neck formats. For a bespoke die-cut silhouette, you can also upload a shape guide for the production team to review.
