Does a mini tag need a lighter board?
Usually yes. A heavy board at small dimensions folds badly and springs open, so a lighter stock than you would choose for a full-size folded tag tends to sit flatter.
Can a mini folded tag carry a barcode?
A barcode needs a minimum width to scan reliably, so on a mini tag it usually has to sit on the inside panel or run vertically.
Is a mini folded tag stitched or glued?
Neither by default — it folds and hangs from a single hole through both panels, which keeps the assembly simple at small sizes.
