How to Order Custom Swing Tags
Use an online product page when its configurator covers the tag you need. Choose the specification and quantity, add it to the cart, then upload artwork at checkout. For a non-standard shape, material, construction or multi-item project, send the specification through the Custom Tag Builder for a written quote.
1. Choose the Right Ordering Route
Browse all swing tag products and use the online configurator when its size, card, print, finish and attachment choices match your requirement. Use the Custom Tag Builder when the job needs a special material, die-cut construction, several coordinated products, a large run or a specification that the online controls do not describe accurately.
2. Record the Complete Specification
Enter the total quantity, finished dimensions, material, printed sides, finish, hole or fold position and attachment. If there are several artwork versions, give the quantity for each. A product name alone is not a production specification, so include how the item will be used and any fixed arrival date.
3. Add an Online Product to the Cart
The price shown in the order panel updates from the selected quantity and options. Review the item summary before adding it to the cart. Standard online orders use the terms shown with that product; bespoke pages do not claim a fixed price or timetable because those details depend on the brief.
4. Upload and Check Your Artwork
Upload the file at checkout or provide it with the bespoke enquiry when ready. Print-ready PDF artwork at finished size is preferred, with fonts outlined, CMYK colour, bleed and safe areas set to the relevant template. The artwork guide explains these checks. If artwork is not ready, state that clearly instead of attaching an obsolete version.
5. Review the Proof and Payment Request
The artwork is checked before production. Review the proof against the ordered specification, including spelling, prices, codes, dimensions, orientation, holes, folds and every version. For standard online orders, Order online and lock in your price today. Our studio pre-flight checks your dieline, bleed and hole placement first, then sends a secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or PayPal) or UK bank transfer (BACS) details once your proof is print-ready. Bespoke work follows the payment arrangement recorded in its quote.
6. Approve Production and Delivery
Production begins against the approved artwork and agreed order details. Standard online orders currently state 2–6 working days after artwork approval and free uk delivery. A bespoke quote confirms its own production and delivery timing for the specification, artwork status and destination.
Before You Submit
- Confirm the quantity for every artwork version.
- Measure the finished item and any aperture, fold or slot.
- Name the material, finish and attachment rather than describing only a look.
- Supply the delivery postcode and the date the finished items must arrive.
- Identify one person who will approve the proof.
If material feel or surface colour is important, request samples before approving the final specification.
