Express swing tags are planned from your deadline: share the date, quantity and product, and the specification is shaped around what can be produced and delivered in time.
- In stock online. Swing tags are configured and ordered online from one tag; briefs for several designs or very large runs can also be quoted through the Custom Tag Builder.
- Free UK delivery. Standard online orders are delivered free to one UK address.
- Free reprint or refund if faulty. Report faulty, damaged or incorrect tags within 30 days of delivery and we reprint them or refund you in full, with free return postage if a return is needed. Because every order is printed to your specification, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Express Swing Tags prices by quantity
Express Swing Tags at 50 × 75mm on coated one side 350gsm card, printed full colour on one side, all-inclusive with free UK delivery. Other sizes, cards and finishes are repriced in the order panel; quantities in between pay the rate of the quantity below, and runs above 10,000 tags are quoted.

Deadline-led orders
Express swing tags when the delivery date matters most
Express swing tags start from your deadline rather than the specification. Tell us the date the tags must arrive, the quantity and the product, and the specification is shaped around what can realistically be produced and delivered in that time.
For a standard online order the published estimate is 2–6 working days after artwork approval. Anything faster, or a bespoke specification against a fixed date, must be confirmed before you rely on it, so enter the date in the Custom Tag Builder and have artwork ready to approve.

Express Swing Tags start at 50 × 75mm on coated one side card. Each numbered part of the diagram is a choice you can change in the order panel.
- CardCoated one side, 250gsm to 1200gsm, with 4 other cards in the order panel.
- Front print areaLogo and brand name, printed full colour, in one to three colours or a Pantone match.
- Product detailsPrice, size, barcode, QR code or care notes, below the logo or on the back when the tag is printed on both sides.
- Bleed3mm of artwork past every trim edge, so colour runs cleanly to the cut.
- Hole and eyelet3mm drilled hole as standard, or 5mm with one of 4 metal eyelet colours.
- AttachmentChoose black lock string, white lock string, black elastic loop, white elastic loop and more, or no string.

Prepare the artwork
Plan the finished format before export
Artwork that is ready and correct is the biggest factor in meeting a date. Send print-ready files at the finished size with the order so approval is not held up.
If the design still needs work, say so when you give the deadline, so time for artwork can be planned in rather than discovered later.

What makes a tag faster to produce?
A standard rectangular cut, a stock board and no special finish. Bespoke cutting forms, foiling and lamination each add a stage that cannot be compressed.
What do you need to quote an urgent job?
The date you need them in hand, the quantity and the artwork status. The deadline shapes the format as much as the design does.
Does an urgent run cost more?
It can, where it displaces other work or needs a faster delivery service. Simplifying the specification usually saves more than paying for speed.
Can artwork be finalised during production?
No — production starts from approved artwork. The fastest way to protect a deadline is to approve artwork early, even if the quantity is confirmed later.
