The most widely used UK swing tag size, the same as a business card. Drawn to scale with a 3mm bleed, a 3mm safe area inside the trim and a 3mm hole centred 6mm below the top edge.

Standard Technical Artwork Requirements
Set up artwork on the template for your format, on a separate layer from the template lines, and check it against these points before you send it:
- Colour: CMYK colour mode. Convert RGB images and Pantone swatches to CMYK before exporting, unless a spot colour has been agreed with your quote.
- Resolution: At least 300 DPI at 100% scale for photos, textures and other raster images.
- Bleed: 3mm on every trim edge. Extend background colours and images out to the bleed line.
- Safe area: Keep text, logos and barcodes at least 3mm inside the cut line and clear of the hole: 3mm as standard, or 5mm with a metal eyelet.
- Fonts: Convert text to outlines so that a missing font cannot be substituted.
- Template lines: Hide or delete the template layer before exporting, so the guide lines do not print.
