- The classic luggage tag shape (rectangle with two angled top corners) is standard.
- Card and weight
- We recommend thick 400gsm card or our waterproof, tear-resistant synthetic stock.
Card and finish

Protect the tag against wear and tear.
- Finishing: Gloss or matte lamination is highly recommended to protect the print from scuffs and moisture.
- Attachment: We recommend adding metal eyelets to the hole to prevent the string tearing through the card when pulled.

If you need users to write their contact details on the tag, ensure you do NOT apply lamination to that side, or use an uncoated stock, as pens will smudge on gloss finishes.

Do you supply the leather straps?
We primarily supply string, elastic, and ball chains. We do not currently supply leather buckle straps.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard online order starts at 100 branded luggage tags and the product page shows fixed prices for each available quantity. Use the quote form when a different quantity or bespoke configuration is required.
Can I see a physical sample before ordering?
Use the sample request page to ask about branded luggage tags materials and finishes. Availability and the appropriate sample selection are confirmed against the product brief.
What format should I supply my artwork in?
