Printed Tags for Hotels and Venues
Hotels and venues use printed tags at several guest touchpoints: door hangers for room status, key card holders for stay information, bottle neck tags for welcome items, luggage tags for groups and event tags for access or table details. Each item should be specified for its own handling and information.
Plan a Coordinated Guest Print Set
Start by listing every item, its quantity, finished size, material, message and point of use. A coordinated set can share colour, type and logo treatment without forcing every item onto the same stock. A door hanger, folded key card wallet and chilled bottle tag face different stresses and should be quoted as separate constructions.
Door Hangers for Room and Service Messages
A printed door hanger needs an opening that fits the actual handle or knob, sufficient clearance from nearby fittings and a message that reads in place. Front and reverse can carry different states, but the artwork must mark the top edge and orientation. Tell us whether the item is for one stay or repeated use.
Key Card Holders for Stay Information
A key card holder can carry room, Wi-Fi, breakfast, checkout and contact details while protecting the access card. Confirm the card dimensions and whether the holder uses retaining slots or a folded pocket. Leave reception writing areas unlaminated and check every panel at finished size.
Bottle, Luggage and Event Tags
Bottle neck tags can add a welcome message without covering the main label; condensation should be disclosed before material is chosen. Luggage tags can identify groups or transfers, while small event tags can carry table numbers, access categories, gifts or cloakroom references.
Keep Variable Details Under Control
Room numbers, guest names, dates, Wi-Fi details, table references and QR codes may vary. Supply a controlled data source, name each version consistently and confirm quantities by version. Test codes at printed size and avoid putting frequently changed information into reusable artwork unless there is a planned writing or overprinting area.
Send One Complete Production Brief
For each item, record quantity, finished dimensions, material, print sides, finish, attachment or fold, artwork status, delivery address and required arrival date. The Custom Tag Builder can collect a coordinated brief; material availability, price and timing are then confirmed in the written quote before production.
