Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026. This document is provided for review and must be verified by the business owner before being considered legally binding.

1. Information We Collect

When you request a quote or place an order with Custom Swing Tags, we collect necessary information including your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and artwork files. We use this solely to process your requests and fulfil your printing orders.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to process production, delivery and customer service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Artwork files are retained to facilitate reorders unless you request their deletion.

3. Google Analytics and Your Choice

Google Analytics 4 is used only after you select “Allow analytics”. It helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, device and browser categories, approximate location, and actions such as adding a product to the cart, opening checkout or completing an enquiry. Our tracking code does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, artwork files, form answers or payment information to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may set first-party measurement cookies beginning with _ga. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our implementation. Your choice is saved in your browser so that the website can respect it on later visits. Select “Analytics settings” in the website footer at any time to review or change that choice. Declining analytics does not affect the quote builder, sample requests, ordering or any other website function.

Analytics information is processed by Google under its published privacy policy. Aggregated reporting is used to improve navigation, product information and the ordering process.

4. Optional Google Customer Reviews

After an order is submitted, Google Customer Reviews may offer you the choice to receive a review survey. If you opt in, the order reference, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date are shared with Google so it can send the survey after the expected delivery date. Choosing not to opt in does not affect your order.

5. Customer Accounts and How Long We Keep Your Data

Creating an account is optional. An account stores your email address, a securely hashed version of your password (never the password itself), the contact and delivery details you choose to save, and the orders you place while signed in. A cookie named __Host-cst_session keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is essential for the account to work and is not used for analytics or advertising.

We keep an account, its saved details and its order history for six months after your last sign-in or order. After six months without activity, they are deleted automatically. Order records from checkouts without an account are also deleted from the website's database after six months. You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time from your account page.

6. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and ensure it is not inappropriately lost, accessed, disclosed, or altered.

Decision context

How information enters the quote and support process

Quote, sample and contact forms ask for information needed to identify the requester and understand the project. Depending on the request, that can include contact details, a business or brand name, delivery information, product requirements and artwork. Only information relevant to the enquiry should be submitted.

Artwork and product files can contain logos, names, prices, codes or other business information. Review files before uploading and remove unrelated personal or confidential material. Where several people are involved in approval, share only the contact details necessary to manage the requested printing work.

A privacy question should identify the relevant enquiry or order without sending unnecessary sensitive data. Requests about access, correction or deletion can be directed to the public contact details on this page so the business can locate the relevant record and respond through an appropriate channel.

This page describes the current website-level handling in plain language but remains marked for business-owner review. Operational retention, third-party processing and any legally required notices should be verified against the systems and suppliers actually used before the policy is treated as final legal documentation.
