A gallery image can show the relationship between shape, card, print, finish and attachment, but it should not be copied as an unexplained style. Identify which property is useful for your product: information space, contrast, tactile surface, hanging behaviour or a particular point of emphasis.

Photographs do not provide an exact colour or material specification. Lighting, screen settings and image processing affect appearance, while foil and gloss change with viewing angle. Use the caption and linked guide to understand the construction, then compare a physical sample where feel or colour is critical.

Evaluate scale against the object in the photograph and then measure your own product. A tag that works on a coat, bottle or gift box may dominate jewellery or disappear on furniture. Hole position, string length and packing method also change how the same silhouette behaves.

Move from inspiration to a written brief by recording finished size, named material, printed sides, finish, attachment and quantity. Prepare artwork on the correct dieline and review a full-size proof. This preserves the useful visual reference while making the new tag specific and reproducible.
