- Free UK delivery. Standard online orders are delivered free to one UK address.
- Free reprint or refund if faulty. Report faulty, damaged or incorrect tags within 30 days of delivery and we reprint them or refund you in full, with free return postage if a return is needed. Because every order is printed to your specification, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For back-of-house, accurate barcodes (EAN-13, UPC, Code 39) are essential. A code scans reliably when it is printed dark on a light ground, at a size its format allows, with a clear quiet zone and no gloss or Spot UV across it; test a printed proof with your own scanner before a large run.

Barcodes and QR codes MUST be supplied as 100% Black (C:0 M:0 Y:0 K:100) on a white or very light background.
Ensure a clear "quiet zone" (white space) around the barcode to allow scanners to read it correctly.

Can you generate the barcodes for me?
Supply barcodes as vector artwork created from your own GS1 numbers. If you need codes generated from a list of numbers, say so in your notes and it will be confirmed whether that can be included in the quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
