Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All our products are custom-made and require a few days for production before they are shipped. Orders are processed and fulfilled during business days only. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volumes or production delays, shipments may take additional time. If there’s a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order, based on your location and the specific items ordered. Most international orders are shipped via air to ensure timely delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or courier service issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number, which will typically be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These details, where applicable, will be clearly outlined on the invoice. CustomSwingTags.co.uk is not liable for any additional charges imposed during or after shipping.

Damages, Shortages & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for visible damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported to the delivery courier immediately upon receipt. CustomSwingTags.co.uk will not be responsible for claims related to damaged or missing items that are not reported within 3 business days of delivery. Our orders often include a few extra tags free of charge. In rare cases, an order may be slightly under the requested quantity. Industry printing standards allow for up to 5% underages or overages. If an exact quantity is critical, we recommend ordering at least 10% more than required. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply if a package must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for third-party courier errors, delays, or damages.
