Placing an Order
Orders can be placed through our website, email, or by phone. Once confirmed, your job moves into production. It is your responsibility to ensure all details and artwork are correct before final approval. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after production has started.
Prices and Payment
Prices listed on our website are in GBP and may exclude VAT. We reserve the right to update pricing without notice. Payment is required in full before we begin production. We accept secure card payments and can offer trade invoicing by agreement.
Turnaround and Delivery
Estimated lead times are confirmed once artwork is approved. Delays may occur due to artwork issues, requested changes, or courier delays beyond our control. We use reliable UK delivery services and aim to meet expected dates, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties.
Returns and Replacements
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds unless the fault lies with us. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or print errors based on approved artwork, please contact us within three business days of receiving your items. We may ask for photos or a return of faulty goods before offering a reprint or refund.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Custom Swing Tags or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse any content without written permission. You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork you upload does not infringe the rights of others.
